UNITED NATIONS, Sept 23 (Reuters) – The United Nations believes it has solved the thriller of why an escalator abruptly stopped shortly after U.S. President Donald Trump stepped onto it on Tuesday – his videographer might have unintentionally triggered a security mechanism.
