Warner Bros board rejects takeover bid from Paramount, favours deal with Netflix

Warner Bros Discovery’s board has urged shareholders to reject a $108.4 billion hostile takeover bid from Paramount Skydance, saying it failed to offer ample financing assurances. The board argued that the phrases of a rival merger cope with Netflix characterize “superior, extra sure worth for our shareholders”.
