Several killed as wild storm rips through US triggering risk of tornadoes

At the very least 17 individuals have been killed and scores of properties destroyed as wild winds whipped up a large storm throughout components of the US that intensified because it moved into the Mississippi Valley and Deep South on Saturday and triggered the specter of violent tornadoes in its wake.
