A Russian airstrike on a jail in southeastern Ukraine has killed at the least 17 individuals and wounded greater than 80 others.

Ukrainian officers condemned the airstrike, with a press release saying: “This incident is one more affirmation of the gross violation of worldwide humanitarian regulation by the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

“Bombardment of civilian infrastructure, specifically penitentiary establishments, is taken into account a conflict crime.”

Trump provides Putin conflict ultimatum

The assaults comply with US President Donald Trump setting a brand new deadline for Russia to make progress in direction of ending the conflict.
