US Secretary of State Marco Rubio instructed Caribbean leaders on Wednesday that the removing of Venezuela’s Nicolás Maduro has improved regional stability, regardless of objections over its legality. Talking at a summit in St Kitts and Nevis, he urged nearer cooperation whereas tensions persist over Cuba, migration and safety.
