EU set to pass Mercosur deal after last ditch concessions seem to convince Italy

The EU is ready to go a commerce cope with South American commerce bloc Mercosur after Brussels unveiled new concessions this week. HSBC has agreed to pay practically 268 million euros to the French treasury to settle up a case over fraud on dividend tax funds. And, protest from tons of of UK pubs over greater enterprise charges appears to have satisfied lawmakers.
